Elizabeth has a masters degree in humanities and is a certified image consultant and a certified life coach. She has many years of experience in the health, weight loss, beauty, and education industries. Elizabeth is dedicated to furthering each clients success at Optifit.

Dr. Ana Lisa Carr, MD, MBA, has over 20 years of experience as a physician. She has a specialization in obesity medicine and addiction. Dr. Carr has served as faculty and staff at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Carr is licensed to practice medicine in all 50 states.

Nicole is one of our board certified nurse practitioners. Her experience, knowledge, and passion for healthcare shines when you meet with her.
She thrives on continuing education and in order to provide optimal care for her patients. She is from the PNW, born and raised at the Oregon coast.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family doing all the things the PNW has to offer - hiking, biking, fishing, crabbing!

Sara was educated on the East Coast and has a wide variety of experience in working in service industries. Sara is responsible for documenting clients progress, including Styku body scan measurements.
